Our Mission

Gerald is Prem Group's principal and founder. He brings more than 15 years of experience from Tarion, where he has built a well-rounded career spanning both administrative and field roles. He began his journey with the organization in February 2010 and transitioned to the field in 2015 as a Warranty Services Representative conducting conciliation inspections.  His leadership path continued with a promotion to Manager, Warranty Services in 2022, overseeing a team responsible for inspections, and later to Manager, Stakeholder Relations in 2023, where he educated and supported builders and other stakeholders on Tarion processes while helping them address complex challenges.

Having worked across multiple departments, Gerald has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the warranty process and the perspectives of both homeowners and builders.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Society from York University, a Certificate in Negotiation from York University, and is BCIN certified.
